The American Civil Liberties Union Minnesota is fighting for our rights.

 

John Boehler, Policy Counsel for the American Civil Liberties Union Minnesota, will discuss the ACLU's legal responses to what they consider the largest-scale violations of constitutional rights in Minnesota's history, as well as proposed accountability legislation to protect Minnesotans. This will be an informative and accessible overview of the legal response to Metro Surge.
